| The following terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by us,
depending on the nature of the activities:
- The General Transport Conditions 1983, entered in the registry of
the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam;
- The convention on contracts for the international carriage of goods
by road (CMR);
- The most recent version of the TLN/PDG Physical Distribution Conditions,
deposited at the Register of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam;
- The general terms and conditions of payment of Transport en Logistiek
Nederland (Dutch Transport and Logistics organisation), entered in the
registry of the District Court of The Hague on 1 October 1993, document
no. 238;
- The General Terms and Conditions of the Vereniging van Nederlandse
Koel- en Vrieshuizen (NEKOVRI) (Association of Netherlands Cold Storage
Warehouses), entered in the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam
on 12 March 1993.
The courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive competence to handle
disputes.
With respect to the above terms and conditions, the most recently entered
version shall apply. A copy of one or more of the terms and conditions will
be sent to you free of charge at your request.
