At FRIGOLANDA, all orders and other communication on the flow of goods is directed via the customer service departments, where your products and goods are dispatched to customers, and tracked and traced via the WMS (warehouse management system) and the TMS (transport management system) from order placement through to delivery.
Ordering possible by:

- Fax
- Order sheet (scanning)
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Website
The above systems periodically provide the client with detailed, relevant information on his flow of goods.
